| Application Introduction
The oxygen concentrator uses a compressor to pressurize and separate oxygen from air. During prolonged operation, the compressor tends to generate high temperatures, which may reduce equipment efficiency or even cause shutdown. Meanwhile, the output oxygen temperature must remain stable to avoid patient discomfort from inhaling unsuitable gas.NTC thermistors can be installed at critical points of the compressor to monitor operating temperature in real time, preventing overheating faults.
Additionally, thermal sensors can track the temperature of the oxygen output line, working with the temperature control module to adjust heating/cooling systems and ensure optimal oxygen temperature.

The temperature sensor is used for overheating monitoring and protection on the surface of the compressor casing, preventing core components from burning out, extending the lifespan of the entire machine, and improving safety levels.

By monitoring ambient temperature at the air intake/duct and output gas temperature at the oxygen outlet pipeline, the system optimizes oxygen generation efficiency, ensures stable oxygen concentration, adapts to different environments, enhances user comfort, and interfaces with the humidification system.
