Product Introduction
The KH-AT series is an automotive-grade, silicone-encapsulated, through-hole ZnO varistor that has passed AEC-Q200 qualification and operates from -40°C to +125°C. The flexible silicone encapsulation provides excellent resistance to high temperature, humidity, vibration, and cracking. With fast response and high surge absorption capability, the series is available in various sizes and voltage ratings. It is designed for automotive 12V/24V/48V electrical and electronic systems, onboard chargers (OBCs), and high-reliability industrial power supplies, providing effective transient overvoltage and surge protection.
